David Schonauer is the editor in chief of Pro Photo Daily, a newsletter providing professional and serious photography enthusiasts with a daily online source of valuable trade and creative information to help them achieve business success and artistic fulfillment. He also is the editor in chief of Motion Arts Pro, a daily newsletter aimed at photographers transitioning to motion, as well as established independent filmmakers. The former editor in chief of American Photo magazine, David has worked with many of the world’s top photographers and featured imagery by emerging photographers from around the globe. He has served on the jury of photo competitions in the US and Europe and has written about photography and other topics for a number of publications, including Smithsonian, the New York Times, Outside, Worth, and the Atlantic.
